Safety and Health

Camp Crystal Lake has on staff a resident Health Coordinator. This person oversees all health related activities. A medical doctor is also on call.

HEALTH

Upon arrival at camp, each child MUST PRESENT A MEDICAL EXAMINATION REPORT signed by a licensed Doctor of Medicine, stating the camper is in good health. This form is provided by Camp Crystal Lake upon registration acceptance.

We will accept a camp physical up to but no older than two years old. This physical or copy signed by your physician may be stapled to the current year's medical examination report. If your child is examined in 2010, please keep a photocopy to use in the summer of 2011. You may staple it to the 2011 medical exam report. We DO NOT bring the exam reports forward.

INSURANCE

EACH CAMPER has the following coverage:

  • MEDICAL UP TO $500
  • ACCIDENTAL UP TO $2,500
  • DREAD DISEASE UP TO $2,500
