Online Registration will open Tuesday January 31, 2012 at 9am – IF YOU LOG IN BEFORE 9:00 AM YOU WILL NOT SEE THE CORRECT INFORMATION

Returning or Pre-Registered Families:

  1. Click the “TO ENTER YOUR CAMPER’S SESSION PREFERENCES CLICK HERE” Button above.
  2. Click the “Campers” tab after logging in.
  3. Fill out ALL required fields and press “Update”.

 

New Families who have not Pre-Registered

  1. Click here to create a new account.
  2. Fill out the parent information and Choose a user name and password.
  3. Add all of your children to your family account and complete ALL the required fields.

 

PLEASE ALLOW between 4 and 6 weeks for application processing.

We will accept paper applications by mail postmarked January 31, 2012. You will need to print your application from campcrystal.com and mail it to 6724 Camp Crystal Road Starke, Florida 32091.
This may hinder your placement due to the online application process starting that day.

We encourage everyone to apply online.

Summer Camp: all children who have completed grades 2 through 9 by the end of 2011/12 term are eligible to attend camp. All sessions begin on SUNDAY at 2:00 p.m. and end on FRIDAY at 2:00 p.m. with a closing ceremony. Parents are invited to attend.
Adventure Camp: all children who have completed grades 6 through 11 by the end of 2011/12 term are eligible to attend camp. All sessions begin on SUNDAY at 2:00 p.m. and end on FRIDAY at 2:00 p.m. with a closing ceremony. Parents are invited to attend.

HOW TO PAY

DO NOT SEND MONEY until after you received an acceptance letter.
When you receive written acceptance from Camp Crystal Lake, send 1/2 the total fee due per camper on or before the deadline stated on the invoice that accompanies your acceptance letter.

CAMPER ACCEPTANCE IS NON-TRANSFERABLE!

A $40.00 Late Fee will be assessed for late payment. We will honor the USPS postmarks regarding all deadlines. There is no need to send express or overnight mail.
FINAL PAYMENT deadline dates and fee balances (if any) will be shown on the return invoice.

REFUND POLICY

50% REFUND on the session fee if Camp Crystal is notified in writing 10 days or more prior to the beginning of the session.
NO REFUND on the session fee if Camp Crystal is notified less than 10 days prior to the beginning of the session.
NO REFUND GIVEN if camp is not notified in writing before the start of session.
Campers have the option to switch to another session within the same calendar year, if spots are available, at no additional charge.
